I’m not normally a matcha lover but I tried this Matcha at elevate fit fest recently and absolutely loved it so had to order some the minute I got home! Its super smooth flavour is easy to drink and really tasty. This will be my healthy go to in place of my second coffee!

As a sufferer of hayfever, I find this tea really helps aid with sinus problems. The spearmint helps to clear a stuffy nose whilst the lavender soothes the unwanted headaches. Also perfect for colds and flus, I love this tea
I love this tea as an alternative to regular peppermint tea for an upset stomach. The blend of flavours is so much more exciting whilst also helping to calm your stomach

I love this blend because of its balance of fruity flavours, it’s nice and light although I love this as a hot drink, I prefer to drink this over ice especially on a warm day
Skin fairy is my all time favourite tea, it’s the first I reach to when I’m feeling slightly under the weather, but it’s such a comforting tea for me now so the fact it’s caffeine free makes it perfect to drink just before bed
