CEREMONIAL JAPANESE MATCHA
Sourced directly from our tea producers in SHIZUOKA, JAPAN — Japan's largest tea-producing region.
Made from shade-grown, first-flush tea leaves, carefully harvested and traditionally stone-ground into an exceptionally fine powder.
The result is a vibrant green matcha with a smooth, balanced flavour and natural sweetness, designed for both traditional matcha and everyday lattes.

WHY MATCHA?
Unlike steeped tea, where the leaves are infused and removed, matcha is made by finely grinding the tea leaf into a powder that is whisked directly into water — meaning you're consuming the tea leaf itself.
Matcha naturally contains CAFFEINE and L-THEANINE, an amino acid naturally found in tea, making it a popular alternative to coffee for those looking to introduce a different kind of caffeine ritual into their day.
Its vibrant green colour comes from the careful shading of the tea plants before harvest, which increases chlorophyll within the leaves and contributes to matcha's distinctive colour and character.
No complicated wellness promises. Just exceptionally good tea, prepared with intention.
THE MATCHA RITUAL
TRADITIONAL MATCHA — USUCHA
Sift 2g of matcha into your matcha bowl.
Add 70–80ml of water at 80°C and whisk briskly in a zigzag motion until a fine layer of froth forms on the surface.
Sip and enjoy.
MATCHA LATTE
Sift 2g - 4g of matcha into your matcha bowl.
Add 40ml of water at 80°C and whisk until smooth and frothy.
Pour into your cup, add approximately 200ml of steamed milk, and sweeten to taste.
FROM LEAF TO MATCHA
SHADE GROWN
Before harvest, the tea plants are shaded for approximately 20–30 days. This changes the composition of the leaves, including their chlorophyll and amino acid content, while contributing to the rich green colour and characteristic flavour of the finished matcha.
HARVESTED
Young leaves are carefully harvested to capture the quality, flavour and character we're looking for.
TENCHA
The harvested leaves are processed and dried to produce tencha — the tea leaves from which matcha is made. They are then carefully cut and sifted in preparation for milling.
STONE GROUND
Finally, the tencha is slowly ground into an exceptionally fine matcha powder using traditional stone mills.
