HOW TO USE

Sift 2g of matcha into your bowl. Add hot water at approximately 80°C, then whisk briskly in a zigzag motion using your bamboo whisk until smooth and frothy.

Enjoy straight from the bowl for traditional matcha, or pour over your favourite milk for a matcha latte.
