THE PERFECT ICED HIBISCUS

Add 2g of hibiscus powder to a wide cup or bowl.

Add a small amount of hot water and whisk until smooth.

Stir through a spoonful of honey or your preferred sweetener.

Pour over plenty of ice and cold water, then finish with fresh mint.
